Returns & refunds
If you are a private customer you have a restricted right to return your order. If you return products, they must be unused and like new, in the original packages, and all labels attached.You have the inform us about returning goods within 14 days of delivery. Then you have another 14 days from the day you have informed about the return to physically return the goods. You may also just return goods within 14 days after receiving them.
If you return the goods using a parcel service, please fill in the Return Form.
Returns within Finland are free (follow instructions in the Return Form).
